Georgia’s Appeals Court Has Put Trump’s Georgia Case Temporarily on Ice
The Georgia Court of Appeals has put a stay on proceedings for the 2020 election case involving Donald Trump and his associates. The panel is reviewing the decision to allow Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to continue leading the case. The appeals court is supposed to hear arguments on the Trump team’s bid to disqualify Willis on Oct. 4.
