Indicted Sen. Bob Menendez Has the Signatures to Run as an Independent
Sen. Bob Menendez has collected enough signatures to be on the November ballot in New Jersey as an independent, according to NBC News. The indicted senator, who faces bribery charges, could complicate things for Democratic Rep. Andy Kim, who’s likely to win the Democratic primary next Tuesday.
